Our Terms of Sale & Returns

• Parts cannot be accepted for credit unless returned within 7 days of issue.
• We reserve the right to apply a 15% handling charge on parts returned against orders correctly executed.
• Parts specially ordered (V.O.R’s) are not returnable.
• Exchange parts must be returned within 7 days of the invoice date to obtain the allowance.
• Parts sold shall remain the property of the seller until payment is received in full.
• Electrical items cannot be returned for credit.
• Any damaged goods received must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
